Review in the Effects Influencing Skin Aging and Its Prevention and Cure

ABSTRACT
Aging, a kind of inevitably physical phenomenon, is a series manifestation cause by the disorder of physical structure and the descended function during the body degenerating. Although aging cannot change or fall back by human mind, it still can be delayed by modern science and technology, which can lengthen human life and promote the living quality. Skin, as the first barrier between human and surrounding, direct contacting the outside environment, also can’t avoid experiencing aging process. Proved by many recent studies, skin aging is the result caused by both endogenous and extrinsic factors. Endogenous factor mainly refers to the unavoidable l natural regularity, which is also named as natural aging, physical aging and chronic aging. At present stage, inherent aging usually means the skin aging caused by genetic facto or other unresistable factors like gravity, chronic wasting disease, endocrine alteration of organism and so on. Extrinsic factors mainly refer to environmental agent including UV, fume, climate, chemical material and so on. There are many methods to delay the skin aging, which mainly include endotherapy and external treatment. Endotherapy can be classified in to drug treatment, including Chinese herb and wetern medicine, and alimentary therapeutics. External treatment can be classified into external use of Chinese herbs, meridian massage, acupuncture, Qi-gong, skin maintenance, laser therapy and so on.
