It is expected to maintain at a growth of 13% and has become an aspiring investment around the world as it is high in consumption and its charming size, following also with growth in nail art education industry. Approved by the ministry of education in 2011, China has more than 800 art schools and known to have reached 6000 of beauty expert training organizations (Cheng, Mo ran; KCCI, 2011). As a result of this development and its wide use in everyday lives of women, the need of systematic and scientific approch to nail art service and its education is increasing. Therefore, direction of this thesis is to provide fundamental material for those in the field of nail beauty education and enterprise wishing to advance in China, using demographic tools and cross referencing satisfaction rate of chinese nail artist before-after their education period, zooming in work and educational environment in Bejing and Shandong. As we can see through out this thesis, working environment in china is leveled with korea but the payment was higher and education level was lower, and its recognition of nail beauty, unlike korea, was considered treatment, not as a concept of service. As a result of great interest in skills and education of the field and their high satisfaction rate before and after their education period, education in fudamental skills of this profession must be need before considering advancement in China. Sales and profit margin are not taught in this line of education but as people in the field are interested in the subject, high satisfaction is expected if we are to proceed this sort of education. Although customer tendencies and service rate are shown to be lower than average, education in this field is also considered needed for the future and its growth of china’s nail service market.
