A Study on the activity of Korean Semipermanent Make-up system

ABSTRACT

Unlike the past when people expressed themselves with artificial make-ups, today natural make-ups that express rosy and healthy skin without covering up the face contour, skin tone, and flaws are preferred. This kind of make-ups bases on expressing the face contour and is generated from the psychology that each individual wants to show the natural appearance. The permanent make-up that can satisfy this period and each individual's desire expresses the contour of one's face and emphasizes natural beauty from the face that seems to have no make-up. Therefore, it is a make-up method widely liked by the world. Also, this permanent make-up maintains the condition semi-permanently so it can be said that it is an innovational make-up technique that people can enjoy. However, the permanent make-up has a uniqueness of medical operation other than the purpose of beautification such as use of anesthesia ointment, use of needles before coloring, and safety Problems of dye used in the surgery. Therefore, it has a characteristic of operation by an expert. There are criticisms about the different views of cosmetic field and medical field due to the uniqueness of permanent make-up-surgical operation-and also criticisms about the side effect caused by the process and equipment of the operation. Therefore, this study has a goal of proposing the certification criteria and authenticated criteria of the permanent make-up in order to activate the use of permanent make-up that helps us enjoy the most effective and aesthetic lives. This paper analyzed the theoretical concepts and methods of permanent make-up, and looked into the operation process of permanent make-up. Also, it analyzed successful cases of foreign countries, which popularized and standardized the permanent make-up, in order to look into the application and popularization of permanent make-up in Korea.
