ABSTRACT
This study investigated and estimated the pre-treatment effect of egg-white hydrolysate taken from protease liquid coenzyme of Bacillus subtilis K-54, through measuring the improvement effect on hair, after treating it on virgin hair, damaged hair, heavily damaged hair. After letting egg-white to be decomposed with being inserted twice by Cheonggukjang protease liquid coenzyme, it applied for the pre-treatment in treating permanent wave. As for hair thickness, tensile strength, the experiment group which consist of virgin hair, one time bleached hair, five times bleached hair was raised, when compared to the control group of which samples were underwent only for the procedure of permanent wave. As for wave formation, the experiment group which consist of virgin hair, one time bleached hair, five times bleached hair went better by about 12.1%, 24%, 30.5% respectively, when compared to the control group. As for wave long-lasting, in comparison to wave formation, the experiment group which consist of virgin hair, one time bleached hair, five times bleached hair was lowered by about 12.7%, 12.8%, 12.3% respectively, and went better. Therefore, the development of treatment agents made from natural substances of plant origin is looked for.
