How to Uniform Satisfaction Affected by Uniform Recognition in the Beauty Services Workers

ABSTRACT
For the purpose of developing and progressing the perception of uniform in beauty service providers, this study researched into the influence of uniform perception in beauty service providers upon improvements in uniform. General characteristics were examined targeting beauty workers who dwell in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. It analyzed the influence of aesthetics, reliability, recognition, comfort, functionality and durability, which are sub-factors of the uniform perception, upon convenience, similarity and accessibility, which are sub-factors of improvements in uniform. The data, which were collected through 483 copies of questionnaire survey in beauty service providers, were used SPSS 16.0 program. Factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were carried out. As a result, first, ‘convenience’ among improvements in uniform was indicated to have positive relationship with ‘durability,’ ‘functionality’ and ‘recognition’ out of the uniform perception. Second, ‘similarity’ among improvements in uniform was indicated to have positive relationship with ‘aesthetics,’ ‘recognition,’ ‘durability’ and ‘functionality’ out of the uniform perception. Third, ‘accessibility’ among improvements in uniform was indicated to have positive relationship with ‘durability,’ ‘functionality’ and ‘recognition’ out of the uniform perception. The aim is to offer empirical data that is applicable to the implementation of beauty service based on these results.
