| ABSTRACT |
Purpose
: The investigation of the effects of the Iliopsoas Muscle Motion Release Therapy(IMMRT) on the belly and lower extremity.
Method : To research the effects on the belly and lower extremity of the IMMRT, Motion Release Therapy(MRT) was performed 10 days with 10 women. The experiment was performed on one side of the body and measured the body was temperatured before and after MRT by the infrared Ray.
Result : 1. IMMRT showed the significant change of the body temperature on the belly and thigh. 2. IMMRT showed no significant change of the body temperature on the lower leg. 3. None IMMRT showed significant change of the body temperature the thigh. 4. IMMRT showed significant change of the reducing size of the thigh. 5. IMMRT showed significant change of the rising temperature on the TaiChunghyeol. So IMMRT was effective for rising temperature and reducing size on the belly and the thigh.
