The field teachers satisfied the human relations of students(4.20) most and dissatisfied the data processing skills(3.67) most. 4. There were significant differences in the need for field practice education(p=0.008), the helping level of job for teaching the students(p=0.039) according to duties of industry. 5. There was a significant difference in the ideal field practice education period(p=0.000), students want edless(M=4.8weeks) and field wanted more(M=6.6weeks). Considering above results, the students who majored in dermatology and beauty art were usually satisfied with field practice education. However, there were a lot of problems that we have to improve and correct the field practice curriculum. To maximize educational effects, we need more industry-academic cooperations.
