| ABSTRACT |
|
The purpose of this research is to prove the effectiveness of manual therapy on stress level reduction by
measuring the changes in biochemical index of women which include lipid level and stress index. The
subjects of this experiment are 30 people who were given full explanation about the purpose and process of
this experiment and are willing to take part in this work. The result of the experiment is the following. First, in
the observation of blood biochemical index, there was a change in the level of TG (69.27±27.60) and LDL-C
(119.28±24.41) after manual therapy. Second, there was a change in the level of Norepinephrine (118.58±48.50)
and Dopamine (13.94±5.79) in stress hormone. As a result, the experiment on the changes of the level of
biochemical index after manual therapy showed that manual therapy has an effect on the reduction of lipid level
in blood and stress hormone. Also, this experiment supports the effectiveness of manual therapy on stress
reduction in a scientific and systematic way. |
