Study about the Natural Ingredient Cosmetics purchase toward the Consciousness of LOHAS and Socio-populational Status

ABSTRACT |
LOHAS(Lifestyle of Health And Sustainablility) is a lifestyle placed a value on health, environment, self-development, maintainable life. It is not a mere passing vogue but a inevitable trend based on the industrial development and the improvement of consumer's consciousness, at this point of time which is emphasized the importance of environment, continuous consumption and economy. There are the results of the study. First, Korean female consumers' level of consciousness of LOHAS is high. Second, the consciousness change according to the age, income of the family. Altruism is the most effective variable of LOHAS consciousness and the consciousness is high when it is strong. Third, the consumption of natural ingredient cosmetics is not active yet. The results of the study summarized as follows. Korean female consumers' LOHAS consciousness is started with high interest in environment and health and the level is high. It is affected by age, economic status etc. Korean female consumers use common products together with LOHAS one half-and-half and it si affected by, age, marriged state, economic status etc. It is also affected by the altruism and LOHAS consciousness most. To promote the consumption of LOHAS production, we must solve the problem related to the circumstance, how to use and purchase place and improve the consciousness of LOHAS.
